Description

Have to get in touch with a WMF DBA who can tell us what is required in order to create tables etc for Prolex in the database.

Note that this will wait until @Lokal_Profil is back, i.e. ~mid May.

When release engineer is checking the Blubber-stuff, ask if there is any DBA we could talk about regarding this.

Adam thinks the database will live within WMF and must be handled by a DBA. This is the gist of this task.

Indeed, as outlined briefly in T258930#6532154.
Where exactly in terms of the shard DB infra will be based on the specific requirements (mentioned in that comment) along with consultation with the DBAs
