Description

Follows up on T251361: CU 2.0: Implement an option to allow users to copy the wikitext of the results table to their clipboard

Change background color to #eaf3ff
Change border color to #3366cc

The icons I was using were from Material (compatible with OOUI), but I think it makes sense not to add new icons for a small banner like this. Lets keep the articles icon for the copy button. But…

Change the "Would you like to copy this…" icon to table.
