This issue is an issue in the ogvjs decoder. It is possible that this would apply to both Kaltura and VideoJS players.

IIRC this generally meant that something was funky about the file and it was looping back around unexepectedly. Putting this on the backlog with low prio for now, will do a sweep in a bit.

Note that to debug this issues properly requires knowing what file was being viewed, which is not currently available.
