For the Lift Wing proof of concept, we want to install KFServing standalone in order to serve models in production. The end goal for the proof of concept sprint is to serve a simple model over KFServing.

This is a parent container task to capture all required sub-tasks.

Tasks:

1. Create k8s cluster on ml-serve1xxx
2. Install KFServing
3. Deploy a test model
