The Section translation dashboard in the test instance shows a list of suggestions.
At the end of the list an option to refresh the suggestions is expected but currently it is not shown:
As it can be observed in T274118, such option is visible in cases where the list of suggestions is empty. The expected result would be for the option to refresh to be available to get a different set of suggestions (current workaround is to reload the page).
