Description

Context

Currently we maintain a branch of kartotherian [1] with stripped down dependencies and codebase that is going to be integrated in the new maps infrastructure.
Kartodock is the local environment setup based on docker.

Expected results

Add a submodule to kartodock with the latest dev env version
Connect kartotherian to tegola on kartodock
Add example commands for tile generation

After all the refactor/cleanup on kartotherian we dont need to maintain a new branch. It looks like kartodock is already stable and used for development.
Closing this one for now.
