Description

Add extendedconfirmed user right and extended confirmed protection on zhwiki. We had new discussions and reached new consensus. see https://w.wiki/3snm
Per the discussion, the criteria is 90 days and 500 edits. This access is included and bundled in the bot and sysop (administrator) user groups.

The consensus is NOT obvious at all, and I even see some comments which are strong opposes. Some users ignored those comments while handling the proposal. Please DO NOT add extendedconfirmed user right and extended confirmed protection on zhwiki until a clear consensus is formed.

You are obviously misunderstood. The opinions of the two have been dealt with in the revised proposal, and neither of them objected to the second draft proposal.
