[wmf.17-testwiki] Refresh button overlaps mw-ge-help-panel-postedit-subheader

Description

On testwiki change the user interface to German or Greek.
Submit one of the link recommendation task (i.e. answer 'yes' or 'no' and click to publish).

The post-edit dialog will display the sub header overlapped with the refresh button:

The header needs to have additional padding to accommodate the refresh button.

Change 710361 had a related patch set uploaded (by MewOphaswongse; author: MewOphaswongse):
