This parent task will represent the work with ensuring that Senior Contributors are aware of when the New Discussion Tool will be made available as an opt-out feature.

Objectives

The communications we will publish are meant to equip Senior Contributors with the information necessary for them to:

1. Know how to opt-out of the New Discussion Tool replacing the existing &action=edit&section=new desktop experience they are used to
2. Know what the New Discussion Tool offers them
3. Know when the New Discussion Tool will be made available as an opt-out feature
