Description

The Talk pages project seeks to improve how contributors communicate on Wikipedia using talk pages, across Wikipedia wikis, by introducing new features bundled in an extension called DiscussionTools.

This task will capture the work involved with scaling these new communication tools to all Wikipedia talk pages and potentially, other projects.

Documentation

The spreadsheet contains information about how we are planning to approach deploying new communication features to all Wikipedias as part of the Talk pages project (limited access): Talk pages project/Scaling.

The title of this task says Scale DiscussionTools to all Wikipedias, but these aren’t Wikipedias. What’s wrong: adding these tasks as subtasks, or this task’s title? (Probably the latter, but I don’t think WP:BOLD applies on Phabricator.)

The description says "to all Wikipedia talk pages and potentially, other projects." :) I suppose Wikipedia must be supported for this task to be resolved while others might be optionally supported along the way.
