Open question(s)

• How should the features be enabled? Via query string parameter? Opt-in Beta Feature? Opt-out user Preference?

The Reply tool should be made available as an opt-in Beta Feature, just as it is on our four partner wikis: Arabic, Dutch, French and Hungarian.

Updated task description to reflect the above.

This task is blocked on T252255.

Reason: we do not want to deploy the feature more widely until we, as a team, have a common understanding of the requirements that need to be met before this happens.

Given that T252255 specifies no technical blockers (only nice to haves), I don't see a reason to block on it. mediawiki.org is a technical space that is often used as an early deployment target for new features.
