You can see T224701. The translation extension provided the Chinese variants of Mainland China, HK, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. However, the local commons terms about the topics (e.g. biology, physics, computer science) of these regions have not deployed yet.

The shared conversion group is the best way to reduce the needs for maintenance. I support this idea. But I want to see other opinions and take with a grain of salt about the gadget.

The file page in Chinese Wikipedia (https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Cow_on_pole_with_horns.jpeg) has a template with Wikimedia Commons logo. This means that the file is existed in Wikimedia Commons, not Chinese Wikipedia.
