Can't say I see why I'm mentioned here either.

Can't Zero users opt to get a non-Zero version of Wikimedia projects, i.e. simply use their data allowance to access unpatrolled files if they have any need to do so?

- Go to any file page that has the default infobox template on it (e.g. File:Berninabahn zwischen Lagalb und Ospizio Bernina im Winter.jpg)
- Open VisualEditor on that page
- Hover over the infobox template and wait for the template tooltip

Sounds related to (if not a duplicate of) T89692.

On the English Wikipedia there appears to be some sort of pseudo-parser for JS/CSS pages, shouldn't such an approach work for datasets as well?

As I explained, the message may be helpful when the editing area is located way down at the end of the page, not when it's directly above the message. What's wrong with it is that when the latter is the case, it's not helpful. Messages that are not helpful unnecessarily clutter up the interface, which I consider a bad thing. Given that the current message is not helpful the expected message would probably be no message at all.

The footer has been changed a month ago by @Riley_Huntley, I'd suggest reverting that.

It does now … strange, at the time I filed the bug it said (and linked to) "Śląskie Centrum Społeczeństwa Informacyjnego". The infobox still does that. (The username in the version history and the page log was always the right one.)

For Commons, it would be particularly useful to be able to configure continuos streams of new files, with an extensive set of filters like size, name (regex), license, uploader account age, recreation y/n and many other file and user attributes.

@TheDJ: Yes, in my example; usually the subcategories and/or files [are above the content of the page instead of below].

@TheDJ: It happens on all category pages.

We have a very large number of interface languages (de-at, de-ch, de-formal, …) which a) nobody would look for in a language dropdown and b) would make said dropdown very long; therefore, I don't think this would be a good idea.
