AFAICS, the FR caveats still apply, as wgFlaggedRevsOverride=true, and some pages do use FlaggedRevs (although not all). The effects are summarized at T229726#5419327 pretty well. Did the community reach an informed decision, taking the T229726#5419327 issue into account as well?

Update: I've called every people who are interested to activate Kartographer in idwp. We decided that we want to activate Kartographer, with no objections to bugs at T229726#5419327. We will monitor this job together, so please let us know the progress. Thank you.
