We're going to need this in Abstract Wikipedia but I imagine other teams will need a general fallback UX concept for "please wait, we're loading something". It could be as simple as the traditional spinning GIF or OOUI's diagonal moving flashes, but it needs to be more generic than the custom per-component designs for look-ahead search inputs currently under discussion.
