We need to update the EZProxy config of EDP Sciences (https://wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org/partners/9/) to move them to Bundle.
Before making this change, we need a list of the user emails (privately) with active authorizations so we can let them know.
It looks like EDP is de-proxying when we click on links because it has a different base URL. See T254328#6189242 for how we resolved this initially.

That is weird. I checked and all of the journal URLs are added in the EZProxy file. See:

I am missing an important element: why do we want to run open access content through the proxy? What's the navigational issue?
@Scardenasmolinar it looks like the most recent preprod flag got uploaded as flag.prerpod instead of flag.txt I went ahead and renamed it as a first step to troubleshoot this issue. We should have a preprod deploy in a few minutes, though I'm not sure of what's currently deployed.
@Samwalton9 the open access changes are now live on production; feel free to check them there. I'm going to redeploy another outstanding change to preprod.
