The new pages feed should have loaded

At first glance, not sure why it's happening, but it would also not work so well on a mobile device anyway from what I can tell.
The page Special:NewPagesFeed is shown in the suggestion list on mobile.
When the suggestion clicked - the page never loads:
If the page is not available on mobile, it should not be displayed in the suggestion list.
Doesn't appear to work at all in the Minerva (mobile) skin. Neither Special:NewPagesFeed nor the Page Curation toolbar.
Would probably require writing a 2nd front end to fix. Would be a lot of work.
I'd suggest we simply display a message that says NewPagesFeed isn't supported in Minerva. Patrolling new pages isn't a mobile-friendly task.
The code is now loading after changes in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T127268
It just needs a few tweaks to be usable... which I'm looking into.
