Based on the QA testing done in T287236#7784026, the entry point that encourages the review of recently translated articles is shown when articles are a redirect. This may happen if the article got published under a wrong name and moved after.
Surfacing options to review or expand a redirect page by translating a new section does not make much sense. So this ticket proposes to add that check to the list of conditions, and not show the invite for a page if it is a redirect.
