Background

Per T303131: Librarise Libs/JsonSchemaValidation or replace, we should endeavour to have one JSON Schema validation library. Metrics Platform only just started using a JSON Schema to validate its configuration (see 183993adcd84beeb411863073e210a4eebe714ff), so it should be trivial to easy to migrate if we do it soon.
