Description

Remove Realtime Preview Gadget and enable Realtime Preview on plwiki via config.

Two things need to happen as part of the deployment:

Delete the relevant line from https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Gadgets-definition (requires interface-admin rights)
Enable $WikiEditorRealtimePreview on plwikipedia
