Update symfony\yaml library used in SmashPig

Description

Try to make SmashPig support both current and next LTS version of Mediawiki. Current MediaWiki has "~3.4|~4.3|~5.0.5" and the next LTS will use 5.4.10, so SmashPig should probably target "~5.0.5|5.4.10"

This is currently blocking installing DonationInterface on recent MW (which we need to get some i18n messages for our donatewiki docker container).
