I do not think that we should ask for community consensus. It is just matter of using correct typography for Serbian language. More details can be found on English Wikipedia:

There is probably only a very small subset of users on phabricator that can read/speak Serbian, Community consensus for the change always people to trust they are setting an appropriate logo and not something that has a incorrect message on it.

I am not asking anybody to read Serbian -- there is a good-sourced information on English Wikipedia, in English language. It is simply rendering _exact_ same text, just using Calibri font (on Windows, I am not familiar with fonts on other platforms):

This is same tagline as rendered in old logo, in Vector2010 theme.
