[builds-api,harbor,builds-builder] user-story 11: I want to know how to debug the service
Open, MediumPublic

Description

As a Toolforge service administrator (toolforge root) I want to know how to debug a service error

How do we know it's done?

Feature: I want to know how to debug the service

Scenario: There's an issue and I want to be able to pin-point it

Then I go to the admin docs
And I want know how to know in which component the issue is happening
And how to get the logs for each of the components

Scenario: There's an alert triggering and I want to know how to act on it

When an alert is triggered
Then I want to be able to go to the step-by-step docs by clicking on it's runbook link
And the step-by-step tells me what commands to run to debug and common causes and fixes
