Following T324601, update the following block error messages:

blockedtext
autoblockedtext
blockedtext-tempuser
autoblockedtext-tempuser

To do:
Split this part into two sentences:
"Your current IP address is $3. The block ID is #$5."
Make a new short message: "The block ID is #$5."

This is an easy solution for the "lego" problem.
