When I do uselang=zh this appears to no longer be an issue, can someone confirm?

Hm, I can't actually login to here for some reason. Can you take a look at https://zh.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:新页面供给?uselang=zh&ui_version=1 and see if you still have the same issue?
