Testing: Card tests in India and in Brazil are paused at pending for 3DS authorization

Description

We ran a test for Visa and MC locally in India. The transaction looks successful but we see the transactions paused with a status of 'pending for 3DS authorization' in the console. We were not prompted /redirected to 3DS to enter 3DS information of any sort. The pending status has remained for >12 or so hours.
"Successful.
RK - Successful but no message or email received from my bank regarding the charge.
