Description

Updating to Codex 0.8.0 broke (as expected) the header/footer display of our dialogs

; it would be nice see in CI if an update to Codex results in a visual change to our components.

Maybe something like https://github.com/cypress-visual-regression/cypress-visual-regression would work. There is also https://github.com/wikimedia/pixel but that is not possible (currently) to integrate into CI, and is aimed at extensions/skins; we can probably use something much simpler.
