Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
When moving a translatable page a Reason field is available to write the reason for the page move.
What happens?:
The reason entered by the admin in the page move form does not seem to be available anywhere in the page history or logs, prompting questions about why some page was moved without any reason.
What should have happened instead?:
If the admin specified a reason for the page move, display the same way as it happens for regular page moves (move log, page history, plus the page translation log)
