Description

Now that we've finished testing on the staging account, we need to ask DLocal to update the production account to use APIv2

We should then

Set the AstroPay forms to maintenance mode
Update dlocal credentials in SmashPig and Payments LocalSettings to use the production account
Update IPN endpoint in merchant console to point to /dlocal

Once we have tested on the production account

Update the formChooser routing to prefer the new gateway for dlocal countries and methods

@EMartin I have just sent the email and switched off the old APIv1 forms. As soon as we hear back, I will update the new forms to use the production account credentials so we can double check it's all working with that account.
