Steps to reproduce:
- Go to any page on Beta cluster using chrome mobile browser as a logged out user: https://en.m.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/User:RYasmeen_(WMF)/sandbox
- Click on the Edit icon next to any section or the one for full page editing.
Observed Result:
The page loads with the warning message for logged-out editors but with the editing toolbar showing on top.
On Chrome:
Expected Result:
The page should not contain any editing toolbar at this state.It should only show the toolbar with the text "Editing Article_Name" and the pencil icon for switching between editors.
On Safari:
