Description

Following a consultation with the remaining wikivoyage that have conflicting features (see T333821: Investigation: Which Wikivoyage wikis use the WV nearby feature really?), we will deploy to all remaining wikivoyages and replace the existing feature.

Deploy to the following wikivoyages and/or turn off existing feature:
de (enabled, conflicting feature turned off - confirm conflicting feature is turned off)
en (enabled, conflicting feature turned on - turn off the conflicting feature)
ru
fr
es
he
fi
shn
zh

Deployment date:
Train starting 23 May

Note: deployment to all other wikis turn place via T334079
