Description

We need to update our hardcoded language variant codes in this file to use the BCP 47 format. This file is not auto-generated by any script, so can be modified directly.

The correct BCP 47 code can be found at this API endpoint (see bcp47 property).

Test Steps:
Update variant codes, then visit an article in one of the variant app languages (Serbian or Chinese, for example). Confirm the content reflects the correct preferred language variant.
