This task covers the Xcode Cloud scripting work needed to inject the correct merchant IDs and API key (as environment variables) needed for native Apple Pay.
Merchant IDs should go into the proper entitlements file and PKPaymentRequest setup.
API key will be used when calling the payment methods and app donate FR Tech endpoints (T344860 & T344774).

An API key is no longer required by the endpoints, so I am closing this one to keep things simple on our side.
