Moving this task back since we will need to move the Illustrations and Apps guidelines to Codex before redirecting the DSG to Codex. At the moment, we only need to complete T347754: DSG: Add deprecation notice until all the existing DSG content has been moved to Codex.

The old design-style-guide can be removed from wikikube then. SRE can take care of that.
