Note: we may need to break this task down further. There is quite a bit of additional that sits behind this task. Where possible I have underscored it but this task needs careful review.
The goal here is produce SLO(s) that cover all the AQS 2.0 service and one new service based on the SRE Template and then publishing these.
There are a number of open questions and likely more will come up during this task. For example, we do not know if we should have a single AQS SLO, a parent and child approach, totally independent SLOs etc. Equally, we need to ensure they are published in a way that is coherent with other SLOs. This work will also likely be informed by working on the Data Platform Engineering SLO process, which is to be defined at present
Acceptance Criteria
- Determine if we need a single or multiple SLOs or another structure as appropriate
- Create wiki pages for the SLO(s) based on the SRE SLO Template
- Create tasks for documenting SLO(s) that cover all 6 of the original AQS services and 1 new service(For example, Hal’s service or Knowledge Gaps)
- These tasks should take account of the SRE SLO Template Instruction Guide
