The annual Privacy Data purge for 2023 should take place during October. The 2023 purge will also cover any data which got missed in 2022.

There are a few outstanding tasks which should be resolved as part of this purge.

• T207135: Review "rensningsrutin" related to employee and job applicant data Needs to be resolved since it is now (or in 2021 rather) 10 years since the first employee related records were created. With this resolved T235432: Update data purge instructions can finally be closed as well.
• There is now a routine for Scrive. We should ensure it works. This covers resolving T341867: Create basic categories for Scrive documents and document how each of these should be archived .
• T323500: Look over routine for handling Id-dokuments linked to the technology pool Should be resolved (but is not a blocker for the related purge)
