This feedback was received from Clovermoss as follows:
"There was a particular situation I was thinking of in that moment but I incorrectly remembered what template I was having issues with at the time 1 2.
In that one, the substituted template creates its own heading and since you can't insert a template on the app without a subject line on a redlinked page (because you're forced to use the new thread feature) you end up with two. This isn't a problem if a talk page is already created (as it's possible to just edit the entire page). Anyways, I am going to send that email soon showing a recording of something else that might be of use to the app's team. I kind of showed the switch from the app to desktop mode on browser that happens when I revert someone. It's somewhat convoluted and might be helpful in implementing that new antivandalism feature you're working on. Implementing Wikipedia:User warnings as some sort of option in the saved messages thing would probably be what the average Wikipedian would look for first, at least on enwiki. While I definitely write personal messages for people sometimes (especially if the issue is more complex), by definition, actual vandalism tends to be fairly straightforward to deal with. More personalized messages are more useful when someone is editing in good faith and not merely writing stuff like this. Hopefully my feedback here is useful. "
