The group can be added by sysops and removed by sysops and the users themselves.

Hey @DreamRimmer, you've authored some patches to the operations/mediawiki-config, but none of them have been merged. You have to schedule deployments manually for config changes. Read this: https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Backport_windows#How_to_submit_a_patch_for_backport
