[SPIKE] Investigate how/if multi-check experience will relate to the help panel

Description

The Help panel the Growth Team introduced is an omnipresent affordance within desktop + mobile editing interfaces intended to:

  1. Enable new users to find help pages and how-to guides.
  2. Allow new users to ask a question to experienced users if they haven't found what they need in existing help pages.

This task involves the work of:

  1. Identifying how/if at all the Help Panel might interact with the multi-check user experience
  2. Determining what – if any – actions might need to be taken to "resolve" the interactions "1." will have identified
