After aligning the codes for Norwegian (in T339091, "no" is converted to "nb"), Content Translation shows a consistent list of machine translation providers for both codes. However, Google is missing where it is expected to appear.
Something may still need fixing on the Google config or the code that processes it.
@KartikMistry do you think the issue is that Google config is not listing "nb" (unlike Yandex or MinT?

I can confirm that the issue is that "nb" language code is missing from the Google configuration. I submitted a patch to add it.
