Description

Once T354819 is completed, events keys should be removed from all Metrics Platform stream configs that use the data contract model.

Note that lingering instruments that still use monoschema will still need this events key.

Acceptance Criteria

All stream configs related to Metrics Platform data contract no longer retain events keys.
Documentation is updated accordingly.
