For the experiment, we want to understand whether Wiki-Highlights generate more engagement than long-text Wikipedia articles.

We want to analyze the difference in the following metrics between 2 groups:

• Time on site/ session length
  • i.e. willingness to consume article summaries.
  • This includes total time, time on Homepage and time on Content Page (article/highlight)
  • Significant differences between countries if any

We also want to collect the following metrics/data for both groups:

• Summaries/Article completion rate
  • willingness to complete a summary.
  • User getting to the end of the specific highlight or end of the article.
  • Significant differences between countries if any
• Number of summaries/articles consumed per session
  • i.e. willingness to view subsequent summaries.
  • Significant differences between countries if any
• Articles/ Highlights with majority reads
• Categories/Topics with majority reads
