Its messages appear in the "Wikimedia:" namespace. It's probably a configuration mistake. The custom namespace must be removed from the yaml file, and the source messages and the translations must be moved to the "MediaWiki:" namespace.

https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Group_descriptions&diff=12317407&oldid=12313214 should be reverted (it's not used in the patch).
