Background/Goal

As a follow up to T356608 which was undertaken for Goal T354965, we need analysis of the data provided by the baselines tool.

This epic captures the collection of tasks related to analysis of the data provided by the baseline tool.

Questions for data analysis:

• how many engineering steps are currently required, on average, to implement and QA and deploy/configure instruments?
• how long does it take to start collecting data once instruments are implemented?
• how long does it take to get analysis ready data from instruments?
