Description

This means exposing ports to other services inside the namespace.

This requires T348758: [jobs-api,jobs-cli] Support services in jobs

Add the port keyword for continuous components (here https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/repos/cloud/toolforge/components-api/-/blob/main/components/models/api_models.py?ref_type=heads#L21)
Add the healthcheck-script/healthcheck-http keyword for continuous components (here https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/repos/cloud/toolforge/components-api/-/blob/main/components/models/api_models.py?ref_type=heads#L21)
Document/expose how to access the internal services using the service fqdn (maybe allow overriding it)
