Steps to replicate the issue:

Hard to recreate since you need to find a suggestion whose description does this, but I've seen this a few times while using Image Recs

1. Open add an image
2. Say Yes to a few images and click through until the "Add image details" screen
3. Review the image description below the file name
4. Repeat 2 and 3 until you find an image where the description shows markdown

What happens?:
Markdown is shown in image description under file name

What should have happened instead?:
No markdown is shown
