Description

As part of MinT for Wiki Readers MVP (T359072), the Confirm step (T359512) shows the selected topic to get a machine translation for. When there is no image associated with the topic, an article placeholder is shown.

This ticket proposes to adjust the colors used to align with other placeholders. In particular the following [Codex Color Tokens(https://doc.wikimedia.org/codex/latest/design-tokens/color.html) should be used:

Background color: background-color-neutral-subtle
Icon color: color-placeholder
