As a follow-up from T363663#9825085, some work around using the message group selector as a quick access to the groups a user is subscribed to has been implemented. This ticket is a subtask to enable tracking of the work done thus far.

The proposal looks good to me. This provides quick access to the relevant groups for the user to either translate for them or unsubscribe.
My only consideration was about the use of the "Watched" label. In particular, whether it is consistent with other parts of our products. Based on my initial checks it looks ok to use "Watched", but if others have found other terms to be more common/appropriate (Watching?) feel free to share your thoughts.
