[wmf.12] UploadWizard - error dialog displays internal and interwiki links incorrectly

Description

Steps:

  1. On Special:UploadWizard start uploading a file.
  2. In the title field enter a name with two apostrophes to trigger the error message - https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Titleblacklist-custom-double-apostrophe

  3. Click on "Click here" - the dialog is displayed. The internal and interwiki links are not displayed as links:
