Description

The https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Policy:Access_to_temporary_account_IP_addresses policy grants oversighters the right to view temporary account IP addresses on the wiki that they have their right. This bypasses the requirements of edit count and account age, so all users in suppress can be granted the right.

Granting the checkuser-temporary-account-no-preference on wikis where temporary accounts are not enabled does not cause any changes, as the user right is unused if temporary accounts are not enabled. This is different for the right that requires a preference, as the preference is added even if temporary accounts are not enabled.
